Level 1- Personal Care
Included in Every Resident's Monthly Rate
Our foundational level of care includes medication management, assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, mobility support, wellness monitoring, and routine supervision.
Level 2- Enhanced Care
Additional Personalized Support
Designed for residents who need more hands-on assistance with daily activities, including increased personal care, incontinence support, mobility assistance, and additional supervision throughout the day.
Level 3- Advanced Care
Specialized Care for Greater Needs
Provides more extensive caregiver assistance, including one-person transfers, advanced dementia support, increased supervision, and certain nursing tasks as permitted by Texas regulations.
Level 4- Comprehansive Care
Our Highest Level of Personalized Support
Designed for residents with more complex care needs who require extensive daily assistance, including two-person transfers, appropriate mechanical lift support, and increased hands-on caregiver involvement.
